Before engaging with movement sequences, you must confirm you have no unusual neurological symptoms. If you experience localised heat, tingling, numbness, weakness, pinching, or shooting pains radiating from the neck, arms, lower back, or legs, do not perform app-suggested exercises. 4. Skincare & ingredient guidance

Images and data you submit are encrypted and processed securely during your active session. Your photos are entirely confidential, encrypted, and cached natively on your local device. Images are seen by your eyes only; they are never stored permanently on our servers, and cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else, including the application administrators. We do not sell personal health imagery.
